Headwaters announced earnings results for the fiscal 1st Quarter ended December 31, 2010 before the market opened on Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Following the release, Headwaters hosted a conference call with a simultaneous webcast to discuss the company’s financial results and business outlook. The conference call was conducted by Kirk A. Benson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Donald P. Newman, Chief Financial Officer. Also available on the call were Bill Gehrmann, President of Headwaters Resources and David Ulmer, President of Tapco International.
